Sometimes you just need some new trucks

Kai had his 18 month doctor appointment yesterday and it went great! He weighs 25.6 lbs and is 31" tall! Dr. H was impressed with his communication skills and his fine motor abilities. He said he is able to do things most kids can't do until they are 2! He also got 3 shots :( which is never fun, but he was a champ and was very brave and calmed down quickly. After the appointment we went to Toys R Us and got some new trucks. Kai hasn't really been to Toys R Us before, at least not since he could cruise around and really check stuff out and he loved it. He ran all arond the store. Carrying an orange ball most of the time and then we found the trucks - which was of course very exciting! We are so proud of this little guy, he is so friendly and smart and funny. He's the best. I took a little video after we got home while playing with his new trucks. I love how he makes a sad face when we talk about his shots - so cute!
