Cruz is 18 months old!
Hard to believe this little love beam is one and a half! He is the sweetest little guy. He is talking up a storm- repeating most of what we say. Boat, copter, more, maymo, up, hot, star, doggie...and so many more. He loves to run and play with his brother. He loves the water and is very curious about everything. He is learning how to jump which might be the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life. And he loves to push his stroller around like a boss. He likes to do things himself and is learning more everyday. We are so grateful that he is a part of our little family. We love you so much Cruzie. Happy 1 and a half birthday buddy!

Grandma and Grandpa vacation time
For the second week of Kai's fall break the boys and I headed south the grandma and grandpas house for lots of swimming and Legos. Before we left Kai had been working very hard with extra chores to earn a Lego he really wanted. The Lego in question had bed set down to grandma and grandpas house and was waiting for him when he got there. He built the whole thing in just a few hours all by himself! Our time with Marks parents is always fun and this time was no exception. We also made a trip to the Lego store near Disneyland and Kai got to pick out some Legos he got two awesome ninjago Legos and has already built the first one. I am amazed at how he is able to compete comped Lego sets on his own with only a few little bits of help along the way! Cruz enjoyed watching for the garbage truck and playing I the water. Eating lots of "maymos" or tomatoes and learning how to whistle like a birdie the way grandma showed him. Cruz went on LOTS of walks in the stroller with grandpa the last of which was with me and Ruby today, notice the picture where Cruz is helping to walk Ruby (Mark and the dogs got here yesterday). We also went to a really fun park where Kai and grandma went on every single slide they could find, which was somewhere around 20 slides. Several otter pops were eaten and ice cream bowls were licked. It was a great week. For Kai's last week of break we are heading to Oceanside and Mark has come to join us - yay! We missed him! Stay tuned for some pictures from the beach.
SF playground
Kai is on fall break for three weeks and we have been having lots of fun adventures. The first week we went to SF twice, once to the zoo with Tutu and the second time to the super fun playground in golden gate park to meet papa and gee. What's better than climbing running swinging and going on a carousel? Good times.
